Our latest yoga brunch was another beautiful morning filled with wonderful people, reviving yoga and delicious food. We moved to a new venue for this event, Hub67 in Hackney Wick is an amazing space made entirely from recycled materials from the Olympic Park, the venue was perfect for an intimate morning brining together a group of like-minded people.
The beautiful Holly led another reviving vinyassa flow yoga practice getting everyone's blood flowing and appetites ready for brunch.
We mixed up the menu again this time, adding lots of new recipes but making sure our signature whipped parsley tahini spread and pickled carrots was on there - both our regulars and new guests love it!
